What it is

The PBC 360 Degree Feedback is an easy-to-administer questionnaire to comprehensively review leaders at any level of management. It provides constructive feedback for employees as well as identifying developmental opportunities.

The 360 Degree Feedback captures confidential feedback from an individual manager, their own manager, their peers and direct reports. The 360 Degree Feedback provides a measure of the individual’s attitude, behaviour and performance and provides feedback on critical Emotional Intelligence issues. 

 

The PBC 360 Degree Feedback measures a manager’s ability to manage people and foster a high performance team environment focused on continuous improvement and customer needs.

Our 360 Degree Feedback uniquely measures 4 leadership domains based on the Peter Berry Four-Quadrant Leadership Model and covers 14 leadership competencies:

The 360 Degree Feedback measures both IQ and EQ elements of job performance and whether the person is managerial or a leaderlike.

The Peter Berry Consultancy 360 Degree Feedback has its foundations in the Baldrige Criteria, an internationally recognised business excellence framework that reflects a balanced scorecard approach. The PBC 360 Degree Feedback is compatible with and maps to the Hogan.

This review is most effective when an accredited consultant has an opportunity to work one-to-one with the individual manager to:
  •  Review the results
  • Prepare a succinct personal development plan
  • Coach them on setting and executing their development plans
