We have commenced collecting data for the Australian Graduate Research and a number of graduates and organisations have already completed the first phase of the research. The following industries are represented from across Australia; Retail, Building and Construction, Engineering, IT, Accounting and Professional Services, Banking and Finance, Law, Health, Manufacturing and Transport. Organisations will continue to join the research until late 2010 to ensure that we can accommodate phased graduate intakes. If you are interested in participating in the research, please contact Kim Pluess (kpluess@peterberry.com.au) for more details.
This exciting Longitudinal Research will be released in multiple phases, the first is planned to coincide and be available at the Peter Berry/Hogan stand at the AAGE Conference to be held in Melbourne in November this year.
Below is a link to a recent article in the June issue of Human Capital Magazine which outlines the research and talks about current issues in graduate recruitment.

Values Report Launch
Values – the core motives, interests, and beliefs that determine what we desire and strive to attain – have tremendous consequence in terms of what type of work we find fulfilling, how we operate within a team, and how we fit into an organisation.
As the international authority in personality assessment and consulting, Hogan has more than 30 years of experience identifying and developing successful leaders. We are excited to launch the revised Leadership Forecast Series Values Report.
