Australian Hogan Leadership Master Class

Join Peter Berry Consultancy Pty Ltd for a NEW one day Hogan Master Class focused on using Hogan for Leadership, Coaching and Team Development.

This Master Class has been designed to be an interactive day which will focus on enriching accredited users' understanding of the scales, subscales and configural scoring and will provide them with details of research specifically focused on the areas of leadership, coaching and team development, together with copies of our reference materials and case studies.

The Hogan Master Class will cover Leadership and its coaching implications:

• Research on the importance of leadership in culture and bottom line results
• Provide statistical analysis on scales and subscales and the implication for Leaders
• Share new research on the differences between CEOs, Executives and Managers
• Provide 360° research on high performing and low performing managers and show how to use 360° in conjunction with Hogan
• How to identify IQ and EQ
• Understanding the "moving away" syndrome and identifying red flags from the HDS "Dark Side"

The Hogan Master Class will also cover Team Building:

• How to position the benefits of team profiling
• Share typical profiles for industry types
• Provide case studies
• Show how to use spaghetti charts to map the team against other Australian benchmarks
• Explain teaching methodologies using human histograms and role plays
• Share teaching materials and PowerPoints

Participants in the Hogan Master Class will:

• Walk away with an advanced understanding of how to use Hogan for leadership and team building
• Take away a comprehensive manual and USB memory stick containing research, case studies and teaching materials

Morning Tea, Afternoon Tea and Lunch will be provided with the cost per person being $693 including GST.
