Join Peter Berry Consultancy Pty Ltd for a NEW one day Hogan Selection Master Class

Facilitated by Kim Pluess and Julie Caplinger and open to Hogan Accredited Practitioners only, the workshop will focus on Accredited users who are currently either using the Hogan tools as part of their selection process or for those who are considering implementing psychometric testing into the assessment process.

The Hogan Selection Master Class day will consist of:

• Research and information highlighting the value of using psychometric testing for selection.
• How to improve the predictive validity of your selection methods.
• When and where to implement psychometric testing into the selection process.
• How, when and why to use the HPI, HDS, MVPI and HBRI.
• Discussing the various Hogan Reports and providing information about the suitability and applicability for different scenarios and job descriptions.
• Interactive case studies providing the participants the opportunity to refresh and improve their skills when using the Hogan assessments for ‘best in class’ selection methods.
• How to write interview and reference check questions based on the Hogan scales.

Morning Tea, Afternoon Tea and Lunch will be provided with the cost per person being $693 including GST.

This day will provide our accredited users with a greater understanding on how to best use the Hogan Assessments for selection and will also be an opportunity to network and exchange ideas with fellow practitioners.
