Starting in 2003, Maggie Beer wanted to measure the culture and engagement of her team and get everybody on the same page moving forward. Maggie was passionate about growing her business globally and launching new products. She new that to be successful she would need a winning team with efficient processes. Maggie was keen to develop her personal leadership capability and was open to profiling and coaching. Maggie wanted a simple, plain English, framework to improve the culture and grow the business.
The outcome was a One Page Business Plan which generated a lot of passion and enthusiasm. It contained critical milestones, such as export growth and the launch of the ice cream range (which happened!)
Maggie used Hogan Personality Profiling and coaching to create more personal awareness and opportunities to play to her strengths, as well as developing around her opportunities.
The outcomes are:

Values Report Launch
Values – the core motives, interests, and beliefs that determine what we desire and strive to attain – have tremendous consequence in terms of what type of work we find fulfilling, how we operate within a team, and how we fit into an organisation.
As the international authority in personality assessment and consulting, Hogan has more than 30 years of experience identifying and developing successful leaders. We are excited to launch the revised Leadership Forecast Series Values Report.
