Jamie has 15 years experience in organisational development, change management and operational people management. With post graduate business qualifications, he is an experienced facilitator and has spent the last 10 years developing leadership capability through the delivery of structured programs and executive coaching. Jamie has a broad range of private sector clients and also works extensively in the NSW and Victorian public sectors. He has delivered numerous industry and organisational conferences on topics such as the future of HR, leadership development and workforce planning. He has also published articles on topics like the power of employee opinion, the importance of workforce planning and leadership in the public sector. |
