| Julie has more than a decade of consulting experience in custom-designing selection and assessment processes in a wide variety of industries and organisations, including a number of Fortune 50 companies. She has worked extensively in the Energy / Oil & Gas sector and has a Masters Degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology. Julie specialises in projects that integrate niche customisation elements with rigorous validation, including behavioural interviews, personality and cognitive ability tests, and assessment centres. She also has experience in the full range of generalist management consulting activity including training programs, facilitated workshops, designing performance management and remuneration systems, and online employee opinion surveys and 360 programs. |
