| Kim’s core responsibilities focus on the application of Hogan Assessments to a variety of organisational settings. She is accomplished at identifying the appropriate assessment solution to take account of unique organisational complexities. Kim facilitates Hogan Accreditation Workshops and has an impressive and growing body of work in research, selection and development solutions across a range of industries. Kim has also conducted a range of research projects including “Emerging Leaders in Australia”; “Female Leadership in Australia”; “Australia's Workforce DNA” and research on Australian Short Haul Truck Drivers. |
