The PBC Safety Leadership 360 is an assessment that allows managers, peers and reports to provide feedback on 11 Safety Competency Dimensions. Safety is the most critical area in which managers must convey a consistent message; collecting feedback from all the relevant groups is an effective method of ensuring that a leader is fully supporting the organisational philosophy on safety. Our clients are using this assessment in conjunction with the PBC Hogan Safety Climate Survey to assess the overall safety culture and the Hogan Safety Report to assess the safety orientation of individual applicants and employees. Together these tools are a comprehensive package designed in alignment with the Hogan SafeSystem package.

Values Report Launch
Values – the core motives, interests, and beliefs that determine what we desire and strive to attain – have tremendous consequence in terms of what type of work we find fulfilling, how we operate within a team, and how we fit into an organisation.
As the international authority in personality assessment and consulting, Hogan has more than 30 years of experience identifying and developing successful leaders. We are excited to launch the revised Leadership Forecast Series Values Report.
