As a Program Director at Mt Eliza Executive Education, Melbourne Business School, I have for the last 10 years had the privilege to work with Peter Berry in a number of different contexts, whether it be on Open public programs or with customised corporate interventions, Peter has the capacity to impact significantly on both a personal and organisational level..
Being a dynamic, challenging and engaging facilitator is only one of the many skills and perspectives that Peter brings to table. Peters’ work relating to Hogan assessments, employee, management and organisational culture diagnostics provide a launching pad for proven and significant individual and organisational impact.
Peter starts and finishes his sessions with Make Money, Have Fun, Kick Butt, Awesome yeah…. I have never found this to be an idle boast……
Edmund King
Program Director
Mt Eliza Executive Education, Melbourne Business School
Peter has been an Associate of the school since 1990. During this time he has been a regular presenter on public and corporate programs, and has also been a Program Director. Peter's initial contribution was in the area of industrial relations/human resource management and changing culture. In 1992 he introduced the 'Best Practice' program which introduced a new paradigm around working together for high performance and business excellence. The program was enormously popular for many years.
Peter also started the Building and Construction Industry Program which brought managers from the private sector and government together to civilise an industry plagued by decades of conflict. One of the highlights was Bruno Grollo, the then Head of Grocon, flying into the grounds of Mt Eliza by helicopter to give his speech.
In the public programs, Peter played a major contribution to the Management Development Program and the Advanced Management Programs. For three years he was the Program Director of the Management Development Program, designing and coordinating executive education.
In private customised programs, Peter played a lead role in teaching hundreds of managers from Australia Post, Commonwealth Bank, Ford, Toyota, Honda, Defence Materiel Organisation and Sydney Water.
Peter's topics have covered leadership, strategic planning, changing culture, business excellence and influencing and negotiating skills. Peter's ratings for both content and presentation have always been consistently high. Several years ago he was honoured as one of a handful of speakers to achieve perfect ratings of 7 out of 7.

Values Report Launch
Values – the core motives, interests, and beliefs that determine what we desire and strive to attain – have tremendous consequence in terms of what type of work we find fulfilling, how we operate within a team, and how we fit into an organisation.
As the international authority in personality assessment and consulting, Hogan has more than 30 years of experience identifying and developing successful leaders. We are excited to launch the revised Leadership Forecast Series Values Report.
