My first experience with Peter Berry was a presentation 10 years ago based on Worlds Best Practice and this triggered at the time, a significant review of our processes, culture and business procedures. Our company has adopted Peter’s mantra and this has, in turn, provided not only management but employees also with the fundamental tools required to facilitate best, sound and importantly, measurable business practices. Peter has recently presented his “9 Steps to business excellence” a further development of Worlds Best Practice and this now has become our “business bible”.
