Our History with The Executive Connection (TEC)
Peter has been a TEC Resource Speaker for 18 years. His 9 Steps to Business Excellence is an essential TEC topic, with many groups bringing him back every 3-5 years for a refresher. He has presented to nearly 200 workshops, with an overall average rating of 94%. This makes him one of the highest rated speakers.
Peter holds the record for perfect rating scores of 100%. He has achieved this on 10 occasions. In 2009 Peter was awarded the Mick Robertson Award for the speaker who best represents the values of TEC in the previous year.
TEC acknowledged that the award is for a speaker that represents the total TEC package. Peter’s presentations were acknowledged as providing ‘great energy, knowledge, experience, and simple tools with good take away value’.
Peter has worked with TEC Head Office on business planning, employee surveys, personality and 360 profiling, and team building. Peter has developed some very close relationships with TEC members and provided consulting services around business planning, culture change and leadership development. In recent years Peter has worked very closely with CB Richard Ellis, Totally Natural Products, Rockend, Aeronautical Engineers Australia, Easy Living Elevators and Kennards Self Storage to improve leadership, workforce engagement and bottom line performance.
