Peter Berry Consultancy (PBC) has a great opportunity for an experienced Principal Consultant to join our Sydney Team. In this role you will drive the implementation of our best practice human capital solutions across selection and development projects, talent management, advice and research and client/ conference presentations. You will be responsible for growing client relationships through strategic account management and may supervise other members of the team.

PBC has offices in North Sydney and Melbourne that has experienced year on year growth in excess of 25% over the past 3 years. PBC works on the premise that science informs practice and we therefore use diagnostics at the core of all our human capital solutions. We are the Australian Distributor for Hogan Assessments (USA) and use these assessments along with multi-rater (360) surveys, team diagnostics, data analytics, employee opinion, engagement and safety surveys.

Key responsibilities:

As a PBC Principal Consultant your responsibilities may include:


  • Advanced analytical and consultation skills
  • Selecting, developing and coaching senior executives
  • Advanced group facilitation and presentation skills
  • Leading both internal and external client projects
  • Extensive external and internal stakeholder management
  • Strategic account management



In this role we would value a Masters in Organisational Psychology or a Psychologist registered with AHPRA. We also place importance on extensive experience in:


  • the application of psychometric assessments across the entire employee lifecycle
  • working with senior management teams
  • building strategic client relationships


Certification in Hogan assessments is helpful, although not essential.


Experience working in a similar role will be well regarded.
