There has been much conversation surrounding risk and integrity in the wake of the Banking Royal Commission, and clients have been asking what they can do to understand their organisation's and employees' attitudes in these areas.

PBC Thought Leadership Forum | Sydney

This July, we held the first three of our PBC Thought Leadership Forum series in Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide, where we were pleased to welcome international guests Michael Sanger (Senior Strategist at Hogan Assessments) and Geoff Trickey (Managing Director at Psychological Consultancy Ltd), as well as our own Peter Berry, Shayne Nealon and the PBC team who spoke on the topic of risk and integrity.

Geoff Trickey presented on the topic of risk and the Risk Type Compass. The Risk-Type Compass provides a unique perspective on the human risk factor. Identifying individuals as one of eight ‘Risk Types’, it offers a typology and vocabulary that facilitates risk planning, research and discussion about risk tolerance. To find out more about this tool, please get in touch.
