Peter Berry Consultancy (PBC) has a great opportunity for a dynamic Consultant Psychologist to join our Sydney Team. In this role you will support implementation of a range of best practice human capital solutions including selection and development projects, talent management, advice and research and client/ conference presentations. You will also support the growth of client relationships through sales and account management activity.
PBC has offices in North Sydney and Melbourne that has experienced year on year growth in excess of 25% over the past 3 years. PBC works on the premise that science informs practice and we therefore use diagnostics at the core of all our human capital solutions. We are the Australian Distributor for Hogan Assessments (USA) and use these assessments along with multi-rater (360) surveys, team diagnostics, data analytics, employee opinion, engagement and safety surveys.
As a PBC Consultant Psychologist your responsibilities may include:
- Debriefing candidates and managers on assessment results through verbal or written reporting
- Design and delivery of tailored workshops to clients
- Opportunity to work on both internal and external projects
- Mapping assessments to clients’ frameworks
- Development of supporting materials for a range of diagnostics
- Support research and whitepaper development
Ideally, we are looking for a tertiary qualified Organisational Psychologist who has been in the workforce for a minimum of 3 years and has experience in the application of psychometric assessments and group facilitation. Your ability to build client relationships will also be highly valued.
