Peter Berry Consultancy and Qualtrics Announce New Hogan 360 Partnership to Help Organisations Measure and Improve Leadership Effectiveness, to Drive Better Business Outcomes

Leading human capital consulting service makes Hogan 360 assessment tool available through the Qualtrics XM Platform

SYDNEY, Oct. 26, 2022—Peter Berry Consultancy (PBC), a leading provider of human capital consulting services, today announced a new partnership with Qualtrics, the leader and creator of the experience management category, to help organisations improve and accelerate employee growth, development, and effectiveness at every level in their workforce.

Through the partnership, PBC will offer its Hogan 360 assessment through the Qualtrics XM Platform™, giving users the ability to undertake and integrate multi-rater feedback. This feedback can be linked to a manager’s performance and is supported by robust global benchmarks and a validated reliable psychometric tool. The combination of the gold standard Hogan 360 and Qualtrics technology solution will enable organisations to understand how to measure and develop leaders to drive better business outcomes.

The solution is available now to organisations in Asia Pacific, Japan, and North America, and will launch in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa in 2023.
